Varsity Athletic Apparel, Inc. has been in business since 1992. As a market leader in the varsity awards space, being socially responsible and conducting business in an ethical way is of the utmost importance to every employee of the company as well as from all of our sub-contractors. Our employees and vendor-partners are treated with respect, and safe working conditions in all of our factories were our products are made.
Our Commitment to Social Responsibility and FLA Membership:
We are in full compliance with the labor, health, safety, and environmental laws of the offices, factories, and Countries in which we do business. This includes being a licensed member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA) for over twenty years, The FLA has all information on Varsity Athletic Apparel’s supply chain which is subject to the FLA’s rigorous Sustainable Compliance Initiative monitoring program and public reporting. All of our factories within and outside of the USA are monitored by either direct visits from Management and Independent Contractors, or by various other methods which includes written, signed factory audits that are conducted as needed by Company Management.
Varsity Athletic Apparel also has a very detailed workforce Employee Manual at our home office that is strictly adhered to by all employees, and Company Management adheres to all local labor standards.
